Return Policy

  1. DAMAGE AND USAGE

Alex Reid West Africa Ltd shall not be responsible for any damage or loss arising from the use, application or storage of the goods. Recommendations made from the Supplier, its Servants or Agents concerning the use, design or application of the goods are believed to be true but without liability on the part of the Alex Reid West Africa Ltd.

 

  1. PRICE

Prices are ruling on date of dispatch. Alex Reid West Africa Ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notification to the Buyer.

 

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

The Buyer shall pay for goods, and cost of shipment (where applicable) prior to dispatch of goods

 

  1. LOSS OR NON DELIVERY

In the event of damage, loss, non-delivery of goods or any query relating to the goods the Buyer must notify Alex Reid West Africa Ltd within two days of receipt of goods.

 

  1. RETURN POLICY

Alex Reid West Africa operates a discretionary Return Policy based on the following criteria:

  • We do not give refunds. Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within one (1) week of the date of purchase either for another product/consumable or for Credit.
  • Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.
  • Special or customized orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, in the first instance please email info@alexreidwestafrica.com stating the reason for your return. Alex Reid West Africa will respond within 5 days from receiving your email to inform you on its decision.
  • Items such as solvent, chemicals cannot be returned if they are opened.
  • Products that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  1. UNFULFILLED ITEMS

In the event of a consignment being incomplete and an item being shown as to follow, Alex Reid West Africa Ltd will deliver the item as soon as it is in stock, on the next scheduled delivery to the Buyer.

 

  1. PASSING OF PROPERTY AND RISK

The property and risk in the goods shall remain with Alex Reid West Africa Ltd until the point of delivery. The risk shall be deemed to have passed from Alex Reid West Africa Ltd to the Buyer at point of signature on the delivery note.

 

  1. PATENTS AND TRADEMARKS

The Buyer shall not make use of Alex Reid West Africa Ltd trademarks or patents without its consent.
